Job summary

Next2IT Ltd. is seeking the most senior hands-on technology leader to own standards, architecture and platform strategy across our client base.

You will guide the engineering team on a day-to-day basis, translate business problems into durable technical answers, and act as the trusted senior advisor during high-stakes incidents. You’ll shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leadership and client stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

Job description

This is the most senior hands-on role in the business. You'll own technical standards and architecture across our client base, lead the engineering team day to day, and remain the person who gets called when something is genuinely difficult. It's a role for someone who wants their decisions to matter: what we standardise on, how we deliver projects, and how we keep two dozen client estates secure and boring (in the good way). You'll work directly with the leadership team and with clients' senior stakeholders, translating business problems into technical answers and being trusted as the adult in the room during incidents.
