Next2IT Ltd. is seeking the most senior hands-on technology leader to own standards, architecture and platform strategy across our client base.

You will guide the engineering team on a day-to-day basis, translate business problems into durable technical answers, and act as the trusted senior advisor during high-stakes incidents. You’ll shape technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with leadership and client stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

• Leads engineering team and manages workload, escalation, and mentorship.
• Translates business problems into technical solutions for clients and leadership.
• Keeps tooling and platform sharp with RMM, monitoring and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical strategy, standards and documentation across all managed clients.
• Lead, mentor and develop the engineering team, including workload and escalation management.
• Architect the larger projects: cloud migrations, network designs, security programmes.
• Be the final escalation for major incidents and lead post-incident reviews.
• Support pre-sales with scoping, design and honest technical advice.
• Keep our tooling and platform sharp: RMM, monitoring, automation
