numi in London is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to join the Acquisition Team, shaping architecture and delivering growth-focused products. You will co-own the technical roadmap with Product, mentoring engineers while remaining deeply involved in coding.

To support its next phase of growth, the company is launching a dedicated Acquisition Team. This team is responsible for building the products and systems that enable global delivery, logistics, and ride hailing businesses to onboard and scale on the platform.

As the Tech Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving technical delivery, shaping architecture, and developing engineers while remaining hands on with coding.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll partner closely with a Product Manager to lead the Acquisition Team, balancing technical leadership with hands on software engineering.
