Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a technically oriented leader to take ownership of the service design function and raise standards across delivery. You will guide customers, influence strategic direction and stay close to the technology while shaping future directions for the team.

The role requires strong experience with modern workplace and endpoint technologies, including Apple and Jamf, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders in a customer-focused environment.

You will have strong experience across modern workplace and endpoint technologies, with good knowledge of Apple & Jamf primarily.

You will be commercially aware, comfortable with senior stakeholders and able to set technical direction while maintaining hands-on credibility. Experience in a customer-focused technology environment would be advantageous.
