Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an Internal Sales Estimator in Gloucester to join the customer team. This permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, in Gloucester. You will handle customer enquiries, review specifications, recommend pump systems, identify upsell opportunities, and prepare quotations.

The ideal candidate has experience selling technical products, strong communication, solid IT skills, and commercial awareness for customer needs and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customers purchasing technical products or equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Good IT skills and comfortable using a range of computer systems.
• A genuine interest in technical products and solutions.
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of customer needs and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Review building schematics and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Recommend suitable pump systems based on the application and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products and solutions where appropriate.
• Prepare quotations and any supporting documents required.
