Job summary

Owen Daniels in Gloucester is seeking an Internal Sales Estimator to join the customer team. Permanent, Monday–Friday, 7.30am–4.30pm. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries by phone and email and proposing pump solutions to meet application needs.

You will review building schematics to understand project requirements, recommend suitable pump systems, identify cross-sell opportunities, and prepare quotations and supporting documents.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customers purchasing technical products or equipment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Good IT skills and comfortable using a range of computer systems.
• A genuine interest in technical products and solutions.
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of customer needs and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Review building schematics and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Recommend suitable pump systems based on the application and customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products and solutions where appropriate.
