Technical Innovation & Change Analyst

London – Hybrid 2 days

Salary – £55,000 - £60,000 per annum

We are seeking a Technical Innovation & Change Analyst for a fast-growing private clinic based in London. The successful candidate will support continuous business improvement, with a passion for technical systems and change management, thriving in dynamic environments where they can make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  1. Analyse and assess the impact of proposed technical changes: Use existing frameworks to evaluate the effects of technical changes on systems, processes, and applications.
  2. Lead and coordinate technical change implementations: Oversee and execute technical change initiatives, collaborating with suppliers and internal IT teams.
  3. Develop and implement IT change management plans: Create and manage plans to implement technical changes with minimal disruption.
  4. Communicate technical change plans: Convey strategies and updates to stakeholders clearly and transparently.
  5. Support approximately 60+ users/colleagues: Provide guidance, training, and documentation to facilitate adoption of technical changes.
  6. Identify, manage, and mitigate risks: Recognize potential risks and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Assist the user community: Ensure seamless integration of technical changes into workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience with business software configuration and change management, preferably within a small IT team or standalone environment. A background in IT support, technical business analysis, or software configuration is desirable. Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, etc.) is a plus.
