Job summary

Parser is seeking a Technical Implementation Project Manager in London to lead end-to-end implementation activities across card schemes, processors, and internal stakeholders. You will own deliverables from inception through production stabilization, coordinating technical SMEs and embedding product leadership.

Ideal candidates have senior payments domain expertise, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering complex card issuing and processing programs in fast-paced environments.

• Proven track record delivering complex payment implementation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of implementation activities across card schemes, processors, and internal teams.
• Drive planning, execution, and governance for critical deliverables including Host Certification, Scheme Testing, Token Service implementation, and settlement readiness.
• Act as primary coordination point between technical SMEs and engineering teams, ensuring on-time delivery and risk management.
• Escalate roadblocks and drive resolution with owners across programs.
• Translate technical topics into actionable plans and report progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee certification progress, test execution, tokenization onboarding, and production cutover.
