Job summary
PermaRock Products Ltd, part of Sustainable Investments Ltd, is seeking a Technical Hub Coordinator to join the Technical Department. You will manage technical information, prepare CAD drawings, and support project submittals for clients and specifiers.
The role blends technical administration with hands-on drawing work and mentoring the Technical Assistant. You’ll use AutoCAD for system details and JPA software for U-Value calculations, coordinating with Sales, Technical Services, and the
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 9–4 (A–C) including Mathematics and a Science subject
- A full UK driving licence may be required for occasional site visits or meetings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software and good MS Office knowledge
Responsibilities
- Prepare technical documentation including CAD drawings and data sheets
- Issue system detail drawings using AutoCAD
- Calculate U-Values using JPA software for projects
- Maintain technical databases, product registers and documentation
- Support technical data and submittals for clients and specifiers
- Mentor the Technical Assistant and handle client enquiries via phone/video
