PermaRock Products Ltd, part of the Sustainable Investments Ltd group, is a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of external wall insulation and render systems. We are seeking a highly organised Technical Administrator to join our Technical Hub in Loughborough.

You will coordinate and manage technical information for customers, contractors and internal teams, with full training on specialist systems including U-value calculations.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including Maths and a Science subject.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in technical administration or construction advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining technical documents, specifications and data sheets.
• Producing U-value calculations with training provided.
• Maintaining technical databases, product information and system documentation.
• Assisting with technical submittals and information requests.
• Coordinating technical information between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring technical inboxes and directing enquiries appropriately.
• Maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
• Supporting the wider Technical Team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
