Job summary

A leading specialist contractor is looking for a Technical Sales Manager in North London to drive sales and manage client relationships. This permanent field-based role offers competitive pay, a company car, and additional benefits such as 25 days holiday and private healthcare. Qualifications

• Experience with waterproofing/roofing products is beneficial.
• Communication skills to liaise with suppliers and architects.
• Willingness to obtain DBS as part of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products throughout North London.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide support.
• Monitor market info and work with marketing to develop business.
• Carry out site surveys and produce comprehensive reports.
• Produce specifications following NBS guidelines.
• Update CRM with changes and customer information.

Skills

Proven sales/account management experience in construction

Full, clean driving license

IT literate (Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, CRM)

Excellent communication skills
