Job summary

Flix Interactive is seeking a Technical Director to define and lead our studio's technical strategy, architecture, and capability. You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement to guide complex decisions and ensure scalable, performant game development.

Responsibilities include shaping technical vision, architecture across tools, rendering, and integrations, driving automation and R&D, and mentoring engineering teams while collaborating with production and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical vision, strategy, standards, and long-term capability for current and future projects.
• Guide scalable architecture across rendering, audio, integrations, telemetry, and core game systems.
• Drive tools development, automation, and R&D to improve efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams; partner with production and stakeholders.
