Job summary

Flix Interactive Ltd, based just outside Birmingham, is seeking an Associate Producer to help plan, coordinate, and deliver game development work across multidisciplinary teams. You will keep teams aligned and focused on priorities, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

You will contribute across audio, prototyping, console and porting work, and wider project delivery, supporting agile processes and efficient production workflows in a friendly, ambitious

Qualifications

• Experience with agile delivery in game development
• Proficient in Jira and project tracking tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple workstreams
• Knowledge of cross-discipline collaboration across design, art, audio, QA, and engineering

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and deliver development work with clear priorities, risks, and next steps
• Maintain project information in Jira and other tools with up-to-date plans
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and capture actions
• Coordinate strike teams to resolve blockers and delivery risks
• Collaborate with engineering, design, art, QA, audio, and external partners
• Support delivery across in-game audio, prototyping, console development, and porting
• Improve team processes, communication and project visibility
• Create clear documentation and production workflows
• Understand game development production, agile delivery and multidisciplinary coordination
• Experience using Jira to manage tasks, priorities and sprint activity
• Maintain strong organisational skills to handle multiple workstreams
• Be aware of prototyping, in-game audio, console development and porting
• Communicate clearly to build positive relationships across teams
• Adopt a proactive, efficient, and solutions-focused approach to team delivery
