Job summary
SLR Consulting is seeking a Technical Director to lead tailings and mine waste projects within our European Region. You will manage your own projects, lead multi-disciplinary design teams and act as Engineer of Record for tailings facilities.

Qualifications
- Extensive depth of experience and specialisation in tailings and mine waste, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams as lead designer and project manager.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and report writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of tailings and waste rock facilities from concept to detailed design and construction.
- Act as Engineer of Record and Designer of Record for tailings facilities.
- Identify opportunities for new business and develop the Mine Waste Engineering team growth.
- Collaborate with Mine Waste Engineering teams in other regions to deliver projects globally.
- Help recruit top talent to strengthen the team and drive business success.
