Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Technical Designer to develop and coordinate technical design information for commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will produce detailed drawings and support delivery from design development through construction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Designer or Architectural Technician or similar.
• Strong Revit knowledge with focus on technical information.
• Experience on commercial fit-out, refurbishment or interior construction projects.
• Understanding of construction detailing, design coordination and buildability.
• Ability to translate design intent into construction-ready information.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project requirements.

Fawkes & Reece are working with a specialist main contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes, looking to bring a Technical Designer into their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of design, producing detailed drawings and supporting the delivery of complex projects from design development through to construction.

The Role

As a Technical Designer, you'll play a key role in developing and coordinating technical design information across a range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. Working closely with the wider design and project teams, you'll help ensure designs are practical, coordinated and ready for construction.
