Your Role

As a Technical Designer, you will support all aspects of our studio members within our Workplace teams. You should be passionate about developing detailed designs to realize each project's creative potential, working with various styles and materials. A strong attention to detail and outstanding technical skills are required, with joinery detailing experience preferred for complex projects. You must be a self-starter and team player, capable of organizing multiple consultants and trades to achieve timely, cohesive design solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the team in collaboration with the Design Manager and Lead Designer.
• Develop detailed technical aspects of designs and follow through.
• Contribute technically during the preparation and execution of construction documents.
• Mentor and teach junior team members.
• Oversee all phases of the project to ensure technical and legal compliance.
• Work with the Technical Director to adhere to current building legislation.

Your Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience in practice.
• Experience leading large teams through all project stages, including Construction Administration.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience mentoring junior staff.
• Experience with international projects is an advantage.
