The Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused and proactive Technical Designer to support the delivery of our bespoke kitchen and joinery projects. If you have hands-on joinery making experience, an eye for detail, and enjoy turning ideas into technical drawings, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be part of our Operations team, based in our Notting Hill studio, working under the guidance of our Design Manager and alongside our Project Managers and Design Coordinators. Your role will involve producing accurate production, manufacturing and installation drawings – always with a strong focus on craftsmanship and technical quality.
You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of how things are made and installed. This is a great role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life and wants to be involved at every stage of a project.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in high-end bespoke joinery, working closely with our experienced Designers and external collaborators on live projects, developing your technical skills while learning how projects move from design to manufacture and installation.
Competitive Salary and Benefits Package:
25 days per year holiday allowance (plus bank holidays), hybrid working, flexible start/finish times, performance-related bonuses, private healthcare, life insurance, critical illness cover, pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, enhanced maternity & paternity leave, child nursery discounts, recruitment referral bonus, counselling via our Employee Assistance Programme, health cash plans (dental, optical, physiotherapy, shopping discounts). We also hold regular socials including Friday drinks & fortnightly breakfast and our Summer and Christmas parties.
