Role

Managing Cloud Modernisation Project Manager – Drive strategic cloud transformation programmes across our client portfolio. In this leadership role, you will be accountable for delivering innovative, scalable solutions aligned with contractual commitments and organisational goals. Set the vision and standards for modernisation delivery, leveraging methods such as the garage for cloud, agile, design thinking, and continuous modernisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for cloud modernisation programmes across multiple clients.
• Lead project governance, ensuring contractual and SOW commitments are achieved.
• Drive adoption of advanced modernisation techniques and architectures.
• Oversee integration of SOE, SOI, and SOR in delivered solutions.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Mastery of modernisation delivery methods, including agile, design thinking, and garage method for cloud.
• Proven expertise in multiple cloud platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure, Red Hat OpenShift, Google Cloud).
• Deep understanding of co‑existence architectures and continuous modernisation strategies.
• Ability to lead large‑scale, complex transformation programmes.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience shaping enterprise cloud strategy.
• Background in multi‑cloud and hybrid architecture governance.
• Familiarity with advanced container orchestration methods.
• Track record in delivering high‑value database and language conversion projects.
