Job summary

IBM Consulting UK FutureNow is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology project delivery across areas such as application development, modernization, cloud, and analytics. You will steer scope, schedule and budget, coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams using Agile or traditional PM methods.

In this role you’ll oversee multi-team engagements, manage vendor relationships, and drive successful outcomes through the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology projects across multiple domains.
• Experience with Agile and traditional PM methodologies.
• Cloud delivery experience (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, GCP, Red Hat OpenShift).
• Strong ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Vendor, subcontractor, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
• Contractual and financial management, including cost controls and deliverables tracking.
• Able to lead complex or large-scale projects and programs.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
