Cytix in Manchester is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to translate our product roadmap into reliable, high-quality releases. You’ll bring structure to delivery, keep teams aligned, and remove impediments as we scale after Series A funding.

Reporting to the Co-Founder/CTO, you’ll work with a distributed team of engineers across Manchester, the wider UK and overseas. This is an individual contributor role coordinating delivery and improving team workflows.

Qualifications

• Computer Science degree required or highly relevant background.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day delivery of the agreed roadmap, working with the CTO and engineers to turn priorities into realistic plans and milestones.
• Break down work with engineers, assess capacity, understand estimates, and surface risks early.
• Identify dependencies, challenge assumptions, and help resolve delivery blockers using technical understanding.
• Coordinate engineering and QA so testing and release readiness are built into delivery plans.
• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, risks and decisions with clear reporting.
