Xpert Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking a Customer & Technical Advisor for a permanent office-based role in Staffordshire. You will support customers from sales through to technical issues, including troubleshooting connectivity, and assisting with device setup and network configurations.

Formación

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi‑Fi)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet SLAs
• Experience with CRM/ticketing systems is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers through sales and order processes, explaining service options clearly
• Provide technical support and diagnostics for connectivity issues
• Guide setup of routers, modems, and Wi‑Fi extenders with firmware updates and security settings
• Maintain CRM/ticket records and support office operations in a small team
