Job summary

FRB Recruitment are seeking a Technical Coordinator for a well-established house builder in Whiteley. You will support the Technical Manager with design processes, manage changes to drawings, and ensure statutory approvals are delivered on time.

The role offers a permanent position, full-time, Monday to Friday, with a clear path to progression, and a salary around £55,000 p/a plus a package and benefits. You must have proven housing/residential coordination experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical coordinator within housing/residential projects.
• Proactive with safety regulations.
• Ability to manage design changes and approvals.
