FRB Recruitment is seeking a Technical Coordinator for a house builder based in Whiteley. The role is permanent and full-time, with a salary of £60,000–£70,000 per annum DOE plus package and benefits.

The job involves supporting design processes, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with planning conditions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a technical coordination role within housing/residential projects and be highly organised with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a technical coordinator within housing/residential role.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to hit the ground running and drive promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the construction manager with the design process, including statuary approvals.
• Produce technically accurate designs and manage changes to initial plans/drawings.
• Discharge planning conditions and participate in project design review meetings.
