Job summary

Potensis is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to lead a prestigious high-end residential development in Greater London. The role focuses on technical delivery, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to maintain quality and compliance from inception to completion.

You will manage a team of technical professionals, enforce building regulations, and maintain detailed documentation while driving project progress and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Our client, an award-winning residential developer, is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to help manage a prestigious project consisting of high value, high rise apartments. This multi-phase, high-end residential development requires a dedicated professional to help lead the technical aspects, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Manage the technical delivery of a complex development incorporating housing and apartment led elements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.

Coordination and Collaboration: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure technical aspects align with project goals and standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets the developer’s high standards.

Problem Solving: Identify, address, and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure the smooth progression of the project.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all technical work complies with relevant building regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project progress, technical specifications, and compliance reports.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
