Job summary

Miller Homes Ltd is seeking a Technical Coordinator for the South West region. The role focuses on producing compliant, high-quality technical design packages that meet Building Regulations and drive efficiencies with standard house types.

You will work within the South West Technical team to ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across design and engineering phases, contributing to successful site starts and collaborative estate handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Coordinator with a housebuilder, consultancy or related field.
• Good understanding of Building Regulations/NHBC standards.
• Qualified to HND/HNC or degree level or have professional institute membership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Region to identify Technical needs and align with Central Technical Team.
• Instruct and gather info for Principal Designer under CDM Regulations and Building Safety Act.
• Ensure deliverables meet pre-development programme timelines for site start.
• Support NHQC compliance and estate handover with Production and Commercial.
