Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Coordinator in a housebuilder, consultancy or related field.
• Good understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC standards.

Responsibilities

• To work closely within the Region to understand technical needs and act as a key link back to the Central Technical Team.
• Assist in determining and managing consultant and sub-contractor proposals with the Technical team.
• Ensure all approvals are obtained and information issued to enable a prompt start on site.
• Make decisions on Area and Regional level on all Technical matters.
