Technical Coordinator CHP

Stafford

MC Technical Recruitment are currently working with a leading international provider of sustainable energy and power generation solutions to recruit a Technical Coordinator to join their team based in Stafford.

This role will support the growing service team, by taking the lead on technical diagnostics, remote support, and occasional site-based assistance.

As the Technical Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Provide telephone-based technical support for maintenance and service enquiries
• Diagnose faults, recommend solutions, and support field engineers remotely
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to coordinate planned and reactive works
• Attend customer sites as needed to support with technical issues or commissioning
• Maintain accurate service records and contribute to team improvement initiatives
• Other duties as required

To be considered you should have:

• Experience in a technical support or engineering coordination role (ideally within energy, CHP, or related sectors)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Technically minded, with the ability to interpret data and support diagnostics
• Comfortable with occasional UK travel to customer sites
• Knowledge of energy systems or CHP technologies
