We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Coordinator to join our client’s established residential development team in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to high-quality housing projects, working alongside a talented team of architects, engineers, and planners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate technical aspects of residential developments from planning to completion.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and planning requirements.
• Support the resolution of technical and construction-related challenges.
• Work closely with the site team to ensure efficient project execution.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in residential development or architectural housebuilding sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in reviewing architectural and engineering drawings.
