Role Overview

The Technical Coordinator is a full-time position within the verification team. Your primary responsibility will be to verify mechanical sprinkler service paperwork, ensuring ongoing compliance with our LPS 1048 Accreditation.

You will participate in operational Teams meetings to discuss verification failures and collaborate with team managers to implement proactive measures for continuous compliance improvement.

Building strong relationships with operational service teams is essential to influence others, improve compliance, and achieve targets.

How You Will Do It

1. Review weekly service paperwork from the Servicemax Excel Report
2. Complete verification forms and attach them to the relevant work orders
3. Update the verification tracker with results
4. Participate in verification meetings with operational teams
5. Engage with technicians to promote best practices in compliance
6. Drive verification compliance targets

Who We Look For

• Relevant industry experience is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in verification and compliance efforts
• Ability to build relationships and influence others
