Job summary

Vistry Group is recruiting a Technical Coordinator for our Wakefield office in West Yorkshire. You will coordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal teams to ensure approvals are obtained and information issued for prompt site starts.

We value in-person collaboration but support flexible working where possible, with a focus on delivering robust design and buildability across residential projects.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating between external consultants and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage approvals and drive on-site readiness.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to regulatory detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design team meetings with internal and external participants.
• Attend progress meetings on site and contribute to decisions.
• Plan and review planning approvals to ensure conditions are addressed.
• Agree construction specifications and strategy for the project.
• Coordinate Building Control and warranty documentation submissions.
• Liaise with consultants to progress technical matters.
