Responsibilities

• Handling a reduced, high-quality caseload of complex residential matters
• Providing technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior colleagues
• Assisting the Head of Department with daily team oversight
• Ensuring delivery of first-class service to VIP and returning clients
• No business development required

Qualifications

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years of residential conveyancing experience
• Confident in managing complex, high-value transactions
• Experienced in mentoring or training junior fee earners
• Technically strong, with an eye for detail and a client-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a structured, team-based environment
