Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Technical Contract Manager for a premier law-firm facility in Central London. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of technical operations across buildings, with responsibilities spanning compliance, contractor management, and quality procedures.

The candidate should have a strong engineering background, experience leading large teams, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Qualified in engineering discipline; C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
• Strong technical engineering understanding.
• Previous experience of managing large engineering teams.
• Experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
• Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the client to ensure the desired level of service.
• Manage and work alongside the appointed maintenance contractors.
• Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s.
• Responsible for managing the company’s H&S and environmental performance on site.
• Responsible for managing the company’s quality procedures on site.
• Recruitment of any new staff required on sites.
• Responsible for the technical development of all staff, including annual appraisals.
• Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
• Management of all reports.
• Responsible for the permit system.
