Job summary

Kingdom People Limited is recruiting a Technical Compliance Administrator for a Blackburn location. The role is primarily office-based with required presence on the shop floor in a food production and warehouse setting. PPE is provided, and the environment is ambient production.

Salary is £12.71 hourly basic with £19.07 hourly overtime. 39.5 hours per week, Mon-Thu 7:30-15:30, Fri 7:30-13:30. Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Admin experience required, ideally within technical or compliance.
• Experience with regulatory traceability would be beneficial.
• Willingness to work on site in a production/warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information from and manage trace and compliance databases for regulatory needs.
• Maintain records for traceability requirements.
• Generate and issue certificates to customers.
• Coordinate sampling and testing through Europortal.
• Assist with monthly KPI reports and trends.
• Update documents and support change processes.
• Provide departmental support during peak periods.

Kingdom People are recruiting for Technical Compliance Administrator to work at one of our client's locations. It is mainly based in the office, however the element of shop floor presence in food production and warehouse environment is required. Full PPE will have to be worn (hair net, boots, overall, ear plugs - all provided). The client operates in ambient production environment.

The role

Technical Compliance Administrator will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

• Obtaining information from and Managing Trace and Compliance databases for regulatory requirements
• Maintaining records for traceability requirements
• Generating and issuing of certificates to customers
• Co-ordination of sampling and testing through Europortal
• Support the preparation of reports and trending for monthly KPI
• Assist with document updates and the change process
• Provide departmental support during periods of absence and peak workload

Requirements

Technical Compliance Administrator ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

• Be able to work 8 hr shift
• Flexibility around weekends and early/late hours
• Previous experience in administration is essential, ideally within technical or compliance
• Being able to commute to Blackburn (BB1 3BS)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
