Job summary

Claims Recruitment Services in London is seeking an experienced Technical Claims Lead - Financial Lines to join a Lloyd’s lead market insurer on a hybrid basis (4 days in office, 1 day remote). You will handle a diverse portfolio of casualty claims with a focus on Financial Lines (D&O and FI) and potentially TechE&O.

You will own primary lead responsibility, shaping strategy, guiding complex liability and coverage issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers.

A highly regarded Lloyd’s leadmarket insurer is seeking an experiencedTechnical Claims Lead - Financial Linesto join its established casualty(Management Liability / D&O / FI) claims team. The Opportunity

You will joina specialist team handling a diverse and complex portfolio of casualty claims,with a particular focus on Financial Lines (D&O and FI), as well asoptional opportunity to work in a new line of business to the syndicate, TechE&O.

This roleoffers significant primary lead responsibility, with adjusters typicallymanaging the majority of claims from first notification through to resolution. You will play a key role in driving strategy, influencing outcomes, andmaintaining strong relationships across the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• High level of emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive or high-value claims
