The post offers flexible working with options to work remotely, hybrid, or office-based from London or Leeds. The role combines technical claims management with training delivery and strategic input on policy and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in clinical negligence and personal injury.
• Significant experience managing high value claims including birth injury.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to analyse, summarise and present complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance on cases referred to the Technical Claims Unit.
• Handle a workload of large and/or complex cases.
• Plan and deliver training and professional development on legal developments.
• Collaborate with Safety and Learning, Policy teams on claims and strategy.
• Escalate and manage issues of significant concern.
