Job summary

Red Bull Advanced Technologies is seeking a Technical Buyer in Milton Keynes to support procurement of low-volume, high-complexity components, manufacturing processes and services for innovative engineering projects on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, expedite deliveries, and monitor costs, working closely with stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and project success.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience procuring low-volume, high-complexity components.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sourcing and purchasing for designated projects and commodities.
Identify and select suppliers from approved base, negotiating quality, delivery and cost.
Expedite supplier deliveries and proactively manage supply risks and delays.
Develop strong supplier relationships and identify new sources of capacity.
Support budget planning and cost monitoring activities.
Act as procurement SME, providing guidance to the wider business.
Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency across procurement.
