Job summary

Matchtech is seeking a dedicated Technical Buyer to manage cost-effective procurement of materials, goods and services in a permanent role. You will work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely PO placement and supplier performance, while maintaining ERP data accuracy and strong supplier relationships.

• Experience as a Senior Buyer or Buyer.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Engines and Mechanicals, Composites.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand technical data.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders in a timely manner to support demand.
• Ensure materials arrive by the required PO date.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage core suppliers in commodity groups.

• Ensuring materials arrive on the purchase order required date
• Maintaining supplier details on the ERP system
• Building solid working relationships with suppliers

Job Requirements
