Technical Business Development Manager - Industrial

Location: Manchester / North West Patch

Salary & Benefits: £60,000-£70,000 Basic + Car + Bonuses + Healthcare

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 16:30

About the Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Sales/Business Development Manager to join an industry-leading, multisite engineering company in a technically challenging and varied role.

The company has experienced rapid growth year on year and is well-regarded for providing key solutions to customers across manufacturing, nuclear, offshore, energy industries, and more. Their product range includes industrial ventilation and extraction units, noise control, climate control, environmental monitoring systems, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively seek new business opportunities with industrial engineering and manufacturing companies in sectors such as general manufacturing, nuclear, oil and gas, chemicals, etc.
2. Conduct site surveys to identify customer challenges and provide tailored technical solutions.
3. Prepare detailed reports and collaborate closely with project and installation teams.
4. Deliver presentations to both new and existing customers.
5. Network and seek out new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Background in Technical Sales or Business Development.
• Strong network within engineering and manufacturing sectors.
• Full driving license.
• Based in or willing to cover the North / North West region.
