Edenred PayTech is seeking a technical business analyst to join the Product team in the Accounts Payments domain. You will work with Engineering, Product Managers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to understand needs, analyse gaps, and support functional and non-functional requirements for development and QA.

You will have a background in payments/fintech and a technical mindset, collaborating across onshore and offshore teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Product Managers, and stakeholders to analyse requirements.
• Define new features and optimise existing elements.
• Understand business cases and arbitrate requests with supporting data.
• Assist Product Managers in prioritising workstreams.
• Capture and document internal and external requirements clearly.
• Propose solutions based on best practices and regulatory needs across countries.
• Evaluate business and technical proposals to meet requirements.
• Identify impacts of changes on systems, processes, partners and clients.
• Use structured analysis techniques to elicit requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and product walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders.
• Refine user stories with Product Manager and engineering teams.
• Produce documentation for processes and API/integration usage.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore IT teams to maximise value.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across organization and 3rd parties.
