Job summary

Edenred PayTech is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of our compliance and data platforms. The role covers the PayTech Nexus platform, processing over 1.5 billion transactions across 30+ countries and supporting products from challenger banks to employee benefits.

You will own and prioritise the backlog, collaborate with tech, compliance, and business teams, and translate requirements into actionable user stories and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Product Manager role, ideally within payments, fintech, banking, or compliance-led environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working closely with developers, analysts, and business teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile ways of working.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• SQL or data analysis skills.
• Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French.

Responsibilities

• Owning and prioritising product backlog items within the compliance domain.
• Working with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and deliver new features.
• Writing clear user stories and defining business requirements.
• Helping drive product improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Supporting delivery from discovery through build, testing, and rollout.
• Working with internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party partners.
• Using data and insight to support product decisions.
