YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Business Analyst Consultant, you will join the growing Digital Factory community, sharing knowledge and expertise. We are passionate about user-centred design, critical thinking, problem solving, and building digital services and products.

Our Technical BAs work on client projects across various industries, enhancing operational efficiency, delighting users, and delivering measurable business value. From critical infrastructure support to innovative proof of concepts, our team is integral to every step.

You will play a key role in technical design, system integrations, databases, and infrastructure management, ensuring seamless back-end functionality. You will bridge business and IT, leveraging expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to shape technical features and requirements.

While not directly involved in software development, your role combines business insight and technical depth, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into technical features and user stories.
• Leverage IT Delivery Frameworks and DevOps practices to facilitate CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct system and data analysis to identify improvements.
• Support product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog refinement.

YOUR PROFILE

Skills and experience include:

• Experience in technical design and development of technology-based products.
• Knowledge of technical architecture and technical writing.
• Data analysis, modeling, and visualization skills (SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Willingness to learn database schemas and perform data manipulation.
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery and manage agile backlogs.

Preferred additional experience:

• Cross-sector experience, including Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Retail.
• Supporting internal operations, recruitment, client development, mentoring.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, User-Centred Design.
