Job summary

Delta Capita Group (DC DLS) seeks a Technical Business Analyst to bridge product, engineering and client delivery teams in a fast-paced, blockchain-enabled environment, translating complex needs into actionable plans. Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar in a tech-driven org.
• Strong understanding of software development practices (Agile/Scrum).
• Proficiency in writing technical documentation (user stories, data models, flows).
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication across business/tech audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Client Delivery Leads, and SMEs to gather and refine detailed business and technical requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning by breaking down epics and features into actionable stories.
• Liaise with client stakeholders to capture solution requirements and validate deliverables.
• Support the SDLC lifecycle by ensuring traceability between scope, requirements, and delivered functionality.
• Participate in design authority and change control to assess requirement changes and design risks.
• Drive process improvement around requirements management and documentation.
• Act as a SME on components of the DLS platform and technical workflows.
