Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst for a Cambridge-area role with hybrid working. You will translate business needs into technical specs, document data flows and collaborate with developers, architects and data teams to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Key requirements include proven BA experience in IT/software, strong requirements gathering, and familiarity with APIs, cloud tech (Azure/AWS) and Agile methods. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

• Strong understanding of application development, system integrations and data structures.
• Experience with APIs, integration requirements and data mapping.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and process modelling skills.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex requirements.
