Job summary

Scrumconnect Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with engineering delivery on public sector digital programmes. You will turn business problems into clear, well-evidenced technical and functional requirements and work closely with developers, architects and testers to ensure what is built is what is needed.

Active SC clearance is mandatory. You will gather and document requirements, translate them into functional specs and user stories,

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile team.
• Experience modelling processes and systems (e.g. BPMN, UML).
• Good understanding of APIs, data models and system integration.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.

Desirable

• Experience on public sector or central government programmes.
• Familiarity with the GDS Service Standard.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
