Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting invites applications for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business needs with engineering delivery on public sector programmes. You will translate problems into clear technical requirements and collaborate with developers, architects and testers to ensure delivered work matches needs.

The role requires strong experience with agile user stories, APIs, data models and system integration, plus stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile team.
• Experience modelling processes and systems (e.g. BPMN, UML or similar).
• Good understanding of APIs, data models and system integration.
• Experience working closely with development and test teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar tools.
• Able to travel to London or Staines once a week.
• Experience on public sector or central government programmes.
• Familiarity with the GDS Service Standard.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

• Support testing and UAT, and help prepare releases for go-live.
• Produce clear documentation and communicate it to technical and non-technical

The Role
