The role involves bridging business requirements with technical solutions, defining API specs and contracts for complex integrated systems, and collaborating across product, development and testing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong web-based tech experience, practical API design knowledge, and proficiency with Azure and .NET, working in a hybrid setup with two onsite days

Responsabilités

• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate into functional specs for development and testing teams.
• Document existing and to-be business and system processes, including API specs and contracts.
• Collaborate with product owner, engineers and architects to ensure data quality and completeness.
• Create a healthy backlog with the Project Manager/Scrum Master and refine user stories to keep delivery on track.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and manage communications to core stakeholder groups.
• Act as a domain expert and liaise with teams on system integrations.
• Provide clarifications throughout the delivery cycle and support deployments and implementations.
• Create detailed system diagrams, data models and process flowcharts.
• Review test plans and coordinate testing efforts to meet requirements.
• Perform QA and UAT and coordinate stakeholder involvement in testing processes.
• Create comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, user guides and training materials.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join Capabilities teams. The technical capabilities team are responsible for building backend platform and writing APIs for other team to consume data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web based technologies, defining API specs and contracts for highly complex integrated systems. This role requires a combination of business acumen and technical expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development and testing teams
• Document existing and to-be business and system processes, including API specs/contracts
• Collaborate with product owner, engineers and architects to ensure data quality and completeness
• Collaborate with Project Manager/Scrum Master to create a healthy backlog, ensure user stories are refined in a timely manner to keep delivery on track
• Lead stakeholder meetings and manage communications to core stakeholder groups
• Act as a domain / Subject Matter Expert and represent the products by liaising with other teams on system integrations
• Work closely with the development and testing teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements, and answer questions to provide any additional clarifications as needed throughout the delivery cycle
• Supporting system deployments and solution implementations
• Managing project delivery from conception to implementation
• Create detailed system diagrams, data models, and process flowcharts
• Review test plans and coordinate testing efforts to ensure the final product meets the specified requirements
• Performing QA and user acceptance testing and coordinating stakeholder involvement in testing processes
• Create comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, user guides, and training materials
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize performance and usability

Business Analyst Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, preferably in a web application development environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail, excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Experience working on global projects and deliverables
• Evidence of managing competing workloads and priorities
• Ability to work on multiple topics and be able to switch context quickly

Technical Expertise:

• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and .NET technologies
• Understanding of .NET frameworks and development tools is a plus
• Experience with web technologies, RESTful APIs, JSON, XML etc is required
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint and Visio
• Experience using collaboration tools such as JIRA, Miro, Confluence, Monday.com
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
