Role: Business Analyst SC Invoicing (external)

Team and Mission: The Invoicing Team, part of our Shared Components, develops solutions for generating and managing cash events and transactions. The team aims for structured flexibility using rules engines to serve diverse local needs across business units. Initial focus is on Credit Insurance, with expansion plans after a country rollout.

The team includes a product owner, business analyst, solution architect, asset owner, scrum master, lead tester, and developers. We are adopting a DevOps approach using Azure DevOps (Boards) and Confluence for documentation.

We seek a long-term support role for a technical/business analyst to improve existing epics and features for consistency, traceability, and business updates. Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with PO to gather and refine requirements from finance and reporting stakeholders.
2. Refine the backlog for development readiness.
3. Expand feature and story descriptions for developer clarity and team understanding.
4. Define business tests and participate in testing.
5. Engage actively in daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, etc.

Candidate Capabilities

• At least 3 years of experience as a technical or business analyst in Financial Services.
• Excellent English communication skills, with an engaging personality.
• Experience eliciting requirements for end-to-end and distribution processes in international settings.
• Proficiency with Confluence, HP ALM, JIRA, and basic SQL analysis.
• Experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect is a plus.
• Experience working in DevOps teams as an analyst.
• Knowledge of fiscal reporting structures is advantageous.
• Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
• Quiet workspace if working remotely.

Start date is expected in late Spring or early Summer. The candidate must integrate well with the team, with daily contact with product owners and developers. Working hours will align with CET time zone.
