Head resourcing is pleased to be working with our financial services client as they look to hire a Debit Cards & ATM Processing specialist. In this role we are looking for someone who is capable of working closely with multiple internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, and who also has strong knowledge of delivery in core banking and cards technologies.

In this role you will..

• Provide subject matter expertise on Debit Card and ATM processing across the Debit/current account landscape.
• Lead and manage end-to-end technical changes, ensuring effective delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and other technical teams to design, evaluate, and implement robust solutions.
• Serve as the key contact for our client and maintain comprehensive system documentation to support change initiatives.

What you need to have..

• Industry and Scheme knowledge of Cards and ATM's from both a technical and business operational perspective
• Experience and Knowledge of Debit card processing
• Domain specialism in Debit cards and ideally ATM also
• Ability to discuss design / project issues with IT and business domain experts
• Experience of working with and managing outsourced suppliers / strategic partners
• Familiarity with technical incident management processes and resolution
