Senior Debit Cards & ATM Processing Specialist

Head Resourcing is pleased to be working with our financial services client as they look to hire a Debit Cards & ATM Processing specialist. Our client has an excellent reputation in the market with market-leading benefits and excellent opportunities for progression. This role requires working closely with multiple internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, with strong knowledge of delivery in core banking and card technologies.

In this role you will...

• Provide expertise on Debit Card and ATM processing within the debit/current account landscape.
• Lead and manage end-to-end technical changes, ensuring effective delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and other technical teams to design, evaluate, and implement solutions.
• Serve as the key contact for the client and maintain comprehensive system documentation to support change initiatives.

What you need to have...

• Knowledge of Cards and ATMs from both a technical and operational perspective.
• Experience and knowledge of Debit card processing.
• Specialization in Debit cards and ideally ATMs.
• Ability to discuss design and project issues with IT and business domain experts.
• Experience managing outsourced suppliers and strategic partners.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and resolution.
