Job summary

• Engineering degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles on product development programmes.
• Experience in consumer electronics or design-led tech environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Authority and primary technical decision-maker for the programme.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Mechanical, Electronics, Software and Test Engineering.
• Manage technical risk and ensure delivery of quality product requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Product Owner and external partners.
• Support design transfer and readiness for volume manufacture.
